About us

Charles Fish was launched in Canary Wharf in 2006, born out of a desire to create a different experience for our customers on the High Street. We wanted to bring a contemporary feel to our stores, marrying fashion with jewellery. So you will find at Charles Fish an eclectic, modern jewellery boutique which offers you both big brands and emerging, fashion-forward jewellery talents. We are also pretty serious about watches, and although you won't yet find them on our website, we hold a great range instore from uber cool Bell & Ross to classic and contemporary brands such as Zenith and TAG Heuer. And we love diamonds so much (well let's face it who doesn't!) that we've created our own beautiful own diamond ring range - Charles Fish Diamonds.

Of course many of the bigger retailers have followed our lead since 2006, creating design-led stores for their customers to shop in, but where we hope we are different is in our choice of designers, in our focus on customer service and in our attention to detail. We are a small fish (excuse the pun!) in a big jewellery retail pond but we try to be a little bit quirky and a little bit hip.

Charles Fish is a small but key part of our independently owned, family run business - the Fish Brothers Group. Our history stretches as far back as 1830 but the team running the business today fuses a very special set of skills. Some of us have worked for the business all our lives whilst others have come from complementary industries including champagne and lingerie - what an exotic combination.

What we all share is a very real sense of "family". We are the 7th generation to run the business and never before in its history, has it been as diverse or as successful as it is today. We currently run shops in 14 locations, all slightly different in terms of what they offer our customers, but all equally loved by us.
