Delivery within the British Isles costs £7 per order using Royal Mail's ‘Special Delivery’ service. For detailed information on delivery times and when you can expect your jewellery to arrive with you, please click here.
Royal Mail Special Delivery service keeps your purchases extra safe and requires someone to sign for your parcel. The afternoon before it's due to be delivered, you will receive a Dispatch Notification via e-mail (this way you'll know when to look out for the postman!) If you need to trace your parcel the tracking number will be provided on your dispatch notification
If you have left it a bit late and need something in a real rush, or by a specific date, then give us a call on 0844 847 6771 and we can arrange something (we've got more than one husband out of a sticky situation!)
International delivery
Unfortunately we can only take orders from, and deliver to, addresses within the British Isles at the moment, but hope to be able to expand our service worldwide in the near future.
Returns information
Please note that any items purchased between 10th December and 22nd December as Christmas gifts can be returned up to the 19 January for a refund or exchange, but please ensure you note all the general guidelines below.
If you don't love the jewellery you have ordered, we will be happy to return or exchange it within 28 days from the purchase date.
We are happy to refund the cost of the pieces you have bought - as long as they have not been worn or damaged, and they are returned to us within 28 days of your original transaction, and with the original packaging. We cannot however accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged. Should you wish to return something please call us with your order number and we will post out a Royal Mail Special Delivery bag to you, so you can send back it to us free of charge. Please ensure you retain your proof of postage. Refunds will be issued in the same form that was used for payment. Unfortunately any delivery charges are non-refundable.
If a piece arrives with you and it is damaged or faulty in any way, please call us to let us know, and then return it to us the same way. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent out as fast as possible after the original piece has arrived back with us. Please can we ask you to check your purchases thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

All items returned as faulty will be carefully checked, and any damage we believe is as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If damage has occurred through wear and tear we will be happy, where possible, to repair the item for you. There will be a small charge for this, which we will confirm with you before proceeding. However repairs do not come with a guarantee and are subject to delivery and other costs incurred.
Refunds and credits to your account
Refunds or credits to your account will be made within 28 days of your purchase arriving back with us. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, with the exclusion of any delivery charges.
Once we have processed your refund, we'll let you know by email. Alternatively, you can request a Charles Fish credit to be used against future purchases at www.charlesfish.co.uk. Once issued, credit notes are valid for 12 months.
Exchanging your jewellery purchase
If you would like to exchange a piece, please return it, unworn, within 28 days of purchase, and let us know what you would like instead. You can do this by emailing info@charlesfish.co.uk or calling 0844 847 6771. Please have your customer order number with you when you call. We will post out a Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope to you to return your original item. Please retain your proof of postage.
Once your original piece has been received, and checked, we'll either refund the difference, or take the additional payment required, and then post your new piece out to you. Please note an additional delivery charge will be made for each exchange.
Exchanges received outside 28 days are subject to product availability and are only acceptable under special circumstances. Please call us on 0844 847 6771 for further information.
Gift returns
If you have received an item from Charles Fish as a gift and it's not quite what you wanted, you can return it for an exchange or a credit note within the parameters outlined in this Returns Policy. Please call us on 0844 847 6771 to organise this, ensuring you have the original proof of purchase details.
