Loading... please wait...Here are some of the questions we've been asked recently. But if you can't find the answer you need, please call us on 0844 847 6771 and we'll be happy to help.
Will my items be boxed and wrapped?
Normally we will send you your jewellery encased in protective pouch, inside one of our lovely Charles Fish boxes. However if you would prefer to have a branded box from one of our designers please let us know when ordering. This might mean the your jewellery arrives a little later.
Are the products pictured actual size?
Because computer monitors vary in size, it's really tricky to show an actual size image on the internet. Where we can, we've given specific size information in the 'Information' section to the right of the jewellery image.
Can I come to your shops to look at the jewellery?
We've got two Charles Fish stores, one in Canary Wharf and the other in leafy Buckinghamshire. We have also have another shop in Chelmsford Essex within our group called Fish Brothers. You can find the addresses by clicking here. Please call ahead to see if the pieces you are interested in are at the store you intend to visit. If not, with a few days notice, we can make sure they are there for you to see.
I saw a piece of jewellery on the website but now I am unable to find it - what should I do?
Many of the pieces we stock are from limited collections, and sell out quickly. If you've fallen in love with something, and it's no longer on the site, please give us a call on 0844 847 6771 or email us on info@charlesfish.co.uk with a description and we will do our best to track another one down for you.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be delighted with your jewellery, and have tried to be as flexible as possible with our returns policy. For further information please refer to our Returns policy.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Your jewellery will normally be delivered in a specially designed pouch inside a Charles Fish box. As well as looking smart, this pouch is designed to protect your pieces from scratching or tarnishing. If possible, please store it in this pouch, or in a fabric lined jewellery box. We also stock special silver cloths for buffing up silver pieces and offer a range of special cleaning and restoration services for all diamond and platinum pieces. Please click here for further information.
Can beauty products damage my jewellery?
Ideally, put your jewellery on when you have finished getting ready as certain beauty products can affect their lustre and sheen. Pay particular care with pearls, and do not spray or apply perfume, body lotion or hair spray while wearing them as this will destroy their shine.
How can I create a wishlist?
You can create a wishlist by clicking on ‘wishlist’ in the top right hand corner of the website. Once you have registered your wishlist, you will be able to save a list of your favourite jewellery for purchasing at a later date, or sharing with someone else. When you find a piece you like simply click on the ‘Add to wishlist’ button and it will be saved to your list. When you return to our site, simply log in again and you will be able to add or delete further pieces.
Can I share my wishlist with other people?
If you'd like to give someone a gentle hint, you can easily share your wishlist with them. Just click on 'share my wishlist' enter your friend's name and email address, plus any message you would like to send, and we'll do the rest. They'll receive an email with your message and your wishlist attached.
Can I store different delivery addresses?
Within the 'my account' section of the website you have an address book facility, which allows you to store as many different addresses as you like. If you have more than one address stored, you can select any of your stored addresses during checkout, or you can add a new address at that point if you would like to use an address not already stored.

What is my ring size?
If you are unsure about your ring size, please call us on 0844 847 6771 or email us on info@charlesfish.co.uk and we can send you a clever little device to measure your ring size free of charge.
Otherwise do visit one of our stores, listed here, and they will be able to advise you.
A couple of tips for you when measuring: your finger size can change throughout the day so it's a good idea to measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. Don't measure when your hands are cold as your fingers may well be at half a size smaller.
