Refunds and Exchange Policy


We are happy to offer a refund or exchange, as long as they have not been worn or damaged, and they are returned to us within 28 days of your original transaction, and with the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange pierced earrings that have been worn.  Refunds will be issued in the same method that was used for payment. Unfortunately delivery charges are non-refundable. This applies to both full priced and discounted sale items.  Refunds will be issued within 2 working days return of original items, and we will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.


Alternatively if you would prefer to exchange your item for another, please send this back to us using the pre-paid postage sticker provided on your order invoice. Once your original piece has been received, and checked, we'll either refund the difference, or take the additional payment required, and then post your new piece out to you. Please note that an additional delivery charge will be made for each exchange.


Each order is checked carefully by our team before being packaged and dispatched. However, if a piece arrives with you and is damaged or faulty in any way, please let us know and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon possible after the original piece arrives back with us. Please check your purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.

All items returned as faulty will be carefully checked, and any damage we believe is as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. If damage has occurred through wear and tear we will be happy, where possible, to repair the item for you. There will be a small charge for this, which we will confirm with you before proceeding. However repairs do not come with a guarantee and are subject to delivery and other costs incurred.

Gift returns

If you have received an item from Charles Fish as a gift and it's not quite what you wanted, don't worry! You can return it for an exchange within the parameters outlined in this Returns Policy.
